Your Augos quote starts with a few photos, taken by your own team. About ten minutes at the board.
What you need
You need a phone, a qualified person at the board, and your latest electricity bill, if you have one.
Safety first
The person at the board must be qualified and authorised. Nothing is measured on live parts. If anything looks burnt, wet or damaged, stop.
The site
Name the site and pick the address. The GPS pin is taken for you.
The breaker
Type the breaker rating, then photograph its label, sharp and square, with the rating in the frame.
The CTs
Tell the app what the CT will clamp: a cable, a busbar, or several tails. Photograph the conductors, so the CT window fits.
Existing CTs
Already have CTs? Photograph their rating plate instead, with the ratio clear.
Where the meter goes
Show where the meter goes: on the DIN rail, or in an enclosure.
Signal at the board
Then check the signal where the meter goes, with Wi-Fi off. Pick the bars and the network. The app also runs a quick data test. No service, or one bar? We add an external antenna to the kit.
The bill
Add one photo of your latest bill. It helps us price the right tariff.
