The problem

You have no visibility into your energy drivers, or the tools to manage it.

Most businesses run their energy on a monthly bill and a best guess. The data to do better is missing or scattered, the expertise sits outside the building, and the cost keeps climbing.

01

Run on guesswork

What you don't measure, you can't manage. Most sites work off a monthly total and a rough idea, not the numbers that drive the cost.

02

No expert on staff

There's no energy specialist in-house to dig into it, and consultants are costly and leave with the knowledge when the job ends.

03

Scattered data

What data you do have, if any, is split across bills, spreadsheets, meters and providers, in formats that never line up.

04

Data + Insight, but no action

Data on its own changes nothing. Until it becomes a clear decision, the spend stays exactly where it is.

The approach

Everything that drives your energy cost,
in one place.

One platform for everything that drives your energy cost: live data from every site, the reports and tools to act on it, and, critically, data that's natively AI-ready.

01

12 energy reports and tools

A full set of energy reports and tools, all included on one platform, with nothing to bolt on or buy separately.

02

One platform, every utility

Electricity, water, gas and fuel, every site, measured and managed in one place.

03

AI energy expert

Your data is natively AI-ready, so any AI agent can read it and act as your on-call energy expert.

04

Multi-site, multi-currency, multi-language

Built for portfolios that span sites, currencies and regions, all running as one.

The toolbox

Twelve tools, one platform.

This is the toolbox. Twelve energy reports and tools, all included, all running on the same calibrated meter and natively AI-ready data.

Why was our bill up?
Peak demand rose to 845 kVA and power factor slipped to 0.86, adding demand and reactive charges. That's most of the increase.

How it works

Three steps. Simple implementation.

You're live in about a week and acting on real savings within the month, without a project team or a specialist to run it.

1

Install the Augos meter

Billing-accuracy metering at your main supplies and significant energy users, brought online with a guided activation app. Live in about a week.

2

Your data, put to work

The moment it's measured, your data is available across the platform: the reports and tools make it useful, and your AI turns it into clear next steps.

3

Act on the biggest levers

Fix the tariff, cut demand and power factor, shift load off peak, with the numbers to back every move. Do it yourself, or with our experts.

FAQs

Common questions.

Who handles the installation?

By design, you scope and arrange it through a qualified electrician, which keeps cost and lead time to a minimum. The meter is a fixed price; installation and any CTs are handled on your side, or we can arrange one of our contractors if you would prefer.

Will installing the meters interrupt our operations?

Rarely. Each meter fits at the supply or panel, and most installs need no shutdown. Where a brief isolation is unavoidable, your electrician plans it around your operations.

Who owns the data, and is it secure?

You do. Your data is stored securely and handled in line with POPIA, and you can export all of it at any time, including the AI-ready file.

What happens during load-shedding or a poor connection?

Two different cases. If the connection drops but power is on, the meter stores readings locally and backfills them once it reconnects, so nothing is lost. During load-shedding there is no consumption to record while the supply is off, and an onboard battery keeps the meter's settings and clock, so it picks up exactly where it left off when power returns; where the site runs on a generator, it keeps measuring that.

Do we do the analysis ourselves, or does Augos?

Whichever you prefer. The toolbox is built for your own team to run without a specialist, and our energy experts can do the analysis or the implementation whenever you would rather hand it over.

What counts as a significant energy user?

Any plant or process that drives a meaningful share of your consumption, such as a chiller, compressor, oven or production line. Metering them shows where the energy actually goes, beyond the main supply.
