The Augos app for iPhone, iPad and Android

Your sites, measured, in your pocket.

The Augos app brings your energy, production and sensor reports to your phone: what the main incomer used yesterday, where line 2 lost its time, whether the cold room stayed in range overnight. Same login, same figures as the platform.

Augos is an independent South African measurement company. It builds its own meters and sensors and runs one platform with three pillars: Augos Energy for energy management and bill verification, Augos Factory for OEE and downtime, with an owner on every minute lost, and Augos Sense for wireless sensors that alert you the moment a limit breaks.

Free for every Augos client. iOS 16.4 and later, Android 7.0 and later.

Built for the phone

The reports you use, made for a small screen.

Native charts you can zoom and pan, turn sideways to go full screen, and a point picker that remembers where you were. Screens shown with sample data.

More than the reports

It tells you first, and stays locked.

Alerts reach you wherever you are, the widget answers "how are we doing today?" without opening the app, and App Lock keeps the reports to you.

Alerts

Push alerts on the phone.

Choose the app as a delivery mode on any trigger, alongside email, SMS and WhatsApp. Tap the alert and it opens the page it is about.

Widget

Your site on the home screen.

A home screen widget on iPhone and Android shows the load-shedding stage, today's curtailment instruction and the latest day's usage against the day before.

Links

Platform links open in the app.

A link to a report on live.augos.io, from an email or a colleague, opens the same report, point and dates in the app.

App Lock

Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode.

Turn on App Lock and the app asks for Face ID, Touch ID, a fingerprint or the device passcode, and hides your reports in the app switcher.

Get started

Download, sign in, done.

Install the app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your Augos email and password. Forgot it? Reset it from the sign-in screen. Managers can do more in the app: users, measurement points, triggers and who each trigger alerts. The app is covered by the platform privacy policy.

Questions

What does the Augos app cost?

Nothing. The app is free for every Augos client. Sign in with your existing Augos login.

Which phones does it run on?

iPhone and iPad on iOS 16.4 or later, and Android phones and tablets on Android 7.0 or later. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.

Are the figures the same as on the web platform?

Yes. The app reads from the same Augos platform as live.augos.io, so every figure matches the web report for the same point and dates.

What can I see in the app?

The same points and reports as your Augos login on the web. Readers and Technicians see the reports. Managers also see Bill Verification, users, measurement points and triggers, and can change sensor limits. Tenants see their own tenant billing pages only.

How do I get alerts on my phone?

Sign in to the app and allow notifications. Then, on a trigger in Augos, set your delivery mode to the app; a Manager can set it for each recipient, from the app or the web.

What does the home screen widget show?

The load-shedding stage, today's curtailment instruction and the latest day's usage, demand or cost against the day before, for a meter you choose or the last one you opened. On iPhone it comes in small and medium sizes; on Android it is resizable.

Is my data stored on the phone?

Your sign-in is kept in the phone's secure storage. Report data is held in memory only while the app runs, and is not saved to the phone. App Lock adds Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode on top.

I am not on Augos yet. Can I try the app?

The app shows your own sites, so you need an Augos account first. Book a demo and we will show you the platform and the app on your own data.

Not on Augos yet? See it on your own data.
