Augos is an independent South African measurement company. It builds its own meters and sensors and runs one platform with three pillars: Augos Energy for energy management and bill verification, Augos Factory for OEE and downtime, with an owner on every minute lost, and Augos Sense for wireless sensors that alert you the moment a limit breaks.

It cannot change your data.
It reads readings and reports. The one thing it can send is a support request, and only after you have seen it and pressed confirm.
No made-up numbers
Every figure has a source.
It gives the point, the period and the units for every figure, tells you which dates it used for “last month”, and says so when it cannot check something.

What is Augos AI?
An AI agent built into the Augos platform's chat. You ask about your energy, production and sensor data in plain words, and it answers from your own measured readings and the Augos knowledge base.
When can I use it?
Augos AI is coming soon. It is in a closed beta today, and will open to Augos clients after that. Register your interest and we will tell you when it is available on your account.
What is the difference between the Assistant and the Analyst?
The Assistant answers direct questions about your data and the platform, and can draft a support request. The Analyst is for deeper work: trends, comparisons, peaks and what-ifs, with the calculations done in code and a labelled estimate where no report answers directly.
Can it change anything in Augos?
No. It reads your data. The one thing it can do is raise a support request in your name, and only after you confirm it.
Can it see another company's data?
No. It works with your own Augos login and sees exactly the sites and points you can see.
How is it different from connecting Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
Augos AI is built into Augos, so there is nothing to set up. Connect your AI, available today, lets the AI app you already use, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, query your Augos data. Both see only what your login can see.
