About Augos
We have measured South African plants since 2009.
Augos meters electricity, water and gas for South African businesses and checks their bills against the tariff. Augos Factory applies the same habit to production lines: measure what happened, value what was produced at the plant's own sales values, and show who can recover the time.

Augos Factory is downtime and OEE tracking for South African manufacturing lines. One count sensor and one Augos Operator Terminal per line record every stop, interruptions (short stops) included, and operators give the reason at the line. Every lost paid hour is measured and sent to the department that can win it back. It is made by Augos, based in Durbanville, Western Cape, which has measured utilities for South African plants since 2009. R4,950 per line per month, ex VAT.
