Three extras on the same line record.
Every line gets the standard plan: every stop timed, every reason given at the line, every paid hour accounted for. Add what your maintenance team, your finance team or your floor needs. Each one reads the same record.
Prices ex VAT, on top of the standard plan at R4,950 per line per month.
For maintenance managers
Every breakdown, timed from call to fix.
Operators call maintenance from the line with one tap. Technicians accept, scan in at the machine and close the job.

- How long the repair took, and how long it stood still
- MTTR and MTBF from the record, by machine
R250 per technician per month, or R1,250 per site per month for unlimited technicians, ex VAT.

What every unit costs to make, in kilowatt-hours and rand.
Electricity, water, gas, steam and compressed air per unit of production, for the whole site, every half hour.
- The base load, separated from what production uses
- Every kWh priced at the tariff in force when it was used
- Evidence for ISO 50001, Scope 2 data and carbon per unit
At Augos Energy rates: R3,000 per electricity meter once, then R450 per meter per month. Water from R150 per meter per month, plus the meter. Ex VAT.

Run state, output against plan and the current stop, on a screen at the line or in the meeting room.
- Each line's state, live from the sensor
- The current stop, its reason and its clock
- Running, planned and unplanned states, for one line or several
R300 per screen per month, or R1,500 per site per month for unlimited screens, plus R1,250 once per screen for the display module, ex VAT. You supply the screen.
