Operator terminal
The terminal is where the human side of every stop gets measured, the part standard OEE never sees. It's also a rugged, food-grade industrial computer built to live on the line.
What it does
A free-standing, sealed industrial unit that sits where the operator works. When a line stops, the operator clears it or calls maintenance through the terminal, and that's how the response gets timed, phase by phase. It's the difference between logging "40 minutes, breakdown" and knowing who could have got the line running sooner. The same unit also reads the line-speed sensor, so one device captures both what the machine did and how the team responded.

Store-and-forward
The terminal stores every reading on board, so measurement never depends on the network. It keeps recording through an outage and syncs when the connection returns, and if a gap ever appears the buffered data can be resent to close it.
Managed remotely
Downtime categories, product and line configuration, diagnostics and firmware are all handled from the platform, so a fleet of terminals across several sites is maintained centrally, without a site visit for every change.
