The system is two devices Augos designs and builds: a pulse sensor that counts product on the line, and the Augos Operator Terminal that reads the team, a food-grade industrial computer that also does the counting, the syncing and the on-screen interaction. Building both ourselves means the path from the sensor on the line to the number in the report is one supported system, rather than a chain of third-party parts.

Augos Operator Terminal
A free-standing, sealed unit that captures the human response and stores every reading on board, so measurement carries on when the network drops.
Using the terminal
The operator workflow: sign in, start a job against its reference and planned quantity, classify every stop, and capture good and reject counts.
Pulse sensor
A sealed IP67 pulse sensor that mounts onto the line and counts product as it passes, on any machine, old or new, without touching the PLC.
Augos Assist
The operator and technician accountability layer. Times each handover in an unplanned stop so response, repair and waiting are measured and owned. Optional extra.
