Standalone hardware for any line.

Deliberately minimal and non-invasive: a sensor that mounts on the line, a terminal installed where the operator works, and a handheld the technician carries. Nothing wired into your controls, live in under two weeks.

The system is three devices Augos designs and builds: a pulse sensor that counts product on the line, an operator terminal that reads the team, a food-grade industrial computer that also does the counting, the syncing and the on-screen interaction, and the Assist handheld the technician carries to receive maintenance calls, scan the machine and log the repair. Building all three ourselves means the path from the sensor on the line to the number in the report is one supported system, not a chain of third-party parts.
