The system is three devices Augos designs and builds: a pulse sensor that counts product on the line, an operator terminal that reads the team, a food-grade industrial computer that also does the counting, the syncing and the on-screen interaction, and the Assist handheld the technician carries to receive maintenance calls, scan the machine and log the repair. Building all three ourselves means the path from the sensor on the line to the number in the report is one supported system, not a chain of third-party parts.

Operator terminal
A free-standing, sealed unit that captures the human response and stores every reading on board, so measurement carries on when the network drops.
Using the terminal
The operator workflow: sign in, start a job against its reference and planned quantity, classify every stop, and capture good and reject counts.
Pulse sensor
A sealed IP67 pulse sensor that mounts onto the line and counts product as it passes, on any machine, old or new, without touching the PLC.
Assist handheld
A rugged unit the technician carries to receive maintenance calls, scan the machine by QR code, and log the response and repair.
