On any device

Augos Factory runs in a web browser. The same live line status, stop reasons and reports are readable on a phone on the floor, a tablet in the office, a desktop in finance or a read-only public display mounted over the line. There is no app to install and nothing to update on each device. Alerts and shift reports arrive by email.

One platform, every screen

The measurement happens on the line, at the Augos Operator Terminal. Everything after that lives in the Augos cloud and is presented through a browser, which means the device in your hand does not matter: a plant manager on a phone, a continuous-improvement engineer on a laptop and a managing director on a tablet at home all open the same URL, sign in with their own credentials and see the same measured record. Because the platform runs in the browser, a new report or a corrected figure is live for everyone at once, with nothing to download and no version to keep in step.

On the floor

A supervisor walking the line opens the Downtime Report on a phone and sees the line's current status, and the stops of the shift so far. When an operator raises a call for help and the site has Augos Assist, a technician receives and accepts it from their own phone and confirms arrival at the terminal, which is how Augos Assist times the response. Nothing extra is carried; the phone the technician already has is enough.

In the office and at home

The reports are the same on a desktop as on a phone, with more room. A production manager reviews the Shift Report at the handover, the Planned Stoppage analysis before the weekly planning meeting and the Operator Analysis before a coaching conversation. A managing director at home on a Sunday evening opens the Executive Summary on a tablet and sees the week's OEE, output against target and the top losses on one page. Finance exports the month to Excel from the same browser.

On the wall

A public display is a read-only screen that shows live line status and performance for anyone walking past: over a line, in a supervisor's office or in a meeting room. It runs the same platform in a browser on a wall-mounted screen, with read-only access, so the team on the line sees the same numbers management sees. See Public displays.

In your inbox

Not everything needs a screen open. Shift reports and alerts are delivered by email, so a production manager has the signed shift record in their inbox when the shift closes and a line's alert reaches the people who need it without anyone watching a dashboard.

The same permissions everywhere

Access is scoped per measurement point and per role, and it travels with the user rather than the device. A phone, a tablet and a public display each show only what the signed-in account is cleared to see, and an operator sees their own numbers and the line benchmark, with colleagues' scores masked by default. There is no per-user charge and no limit on users, so every person who should see the data can. See Roles and access.

Common questions

Is there an Augos app?

No. Augos Factory is a web application. Open it in the browser on your phone, tablet or desktop and sign in; there is nothing to install and nothing to update.

Can I see the line from home?

Yes. Any device with a browser and your credentials shows the same live status and reports you would see on site, scoped to the measurement points you are cleared for.

How do technicians get a call for help?

Augos Assist sends the call to the technicians on duty, who accept it from their own phone in the browser and confirm arrival at the Augos Operator Terminal.

Do I have to open a dashboard to know what happened on the shift?

No. Shift reports and alerts are delivered by email.

Does a public display need a special screen?

No. A wall-mounted screen with a browser and read-only access shows live line status and performance.
