Augos Factory / Pricing / Paid pilot

Paid pilot · one line, three months

A paid pilot with a written test.

Every line starts here: three months on one line, with every capability in the standard plan. Before we start, we agree in writing what success looks like, and we review it together on day 60. After the three months the line carries on month to month with one month's notice, or the equipment comes out and you keep your exports: every stop, reason and report, in Excel, CSV or JSON.

The test

Two measures, agreed before the sensor goes on

A pilot without a test proves only that the equipment switches on. These two measures show the data is complete enough to run a meeting on, and that it shows where to start.

The three months

What happens when

Before day 1

Workbook and test

Products, stop reasons, operators, and the written test.

Week 1

Install and train

Sensor and Augos Operator Terminal mounted by your team with our guidance, live within 48 hours of the kit arriving, then two days of operator training and platform training for your leaders. Training ›

Weeks 2 to 4

Coverage climbs

The uncoded-stop worklist shrinks and the first ranked losses arrive. A one-hour data review with your specialist each week.

Weeks 5 to 12

Losses ranked and reviewed

Top three losses ranked in hours and share of paid time, and assigned. You can add your own rand estimate, as on the Method page. The review on day 60 checks the test, in time to give notice before the three months end.

Questions

The pilot, answered

Why paid, not free?

A paid pilot means both sides put people on it. Your supervisors chase uncoded stops, and your Augos specialist reviews the data with you each week in the first month. A free trial has no test and no such commitment from either side.

What if the test isn't met?

You choose. Carry on month to month at R4,950 per line, ex VAT, and keep the access and reports. Or give one month's notice at the day-60 review: the equipment comes out when the three months end, and you keep your exports.

What if it is met?

Nothing changes on the line. It carries on at R4,950 per month, ex VAT, month to month with one month's notice. The deployment fee is not charged again.

Is the pilot separate from the plan?

No. The pilot is the first three months of the plan on that line, with a written test added.
