AI-ready data & exports

Every Augos report is backed by the same structured, time-aligned data its charts are drawn from, and that data is downloadable, in a format an AI assistant can read directly.

1 · What it is

A dashboard only answers the question you thought to ask. Behind every Augos report is a structured JSON payload, the same numbers the report shows, in the form a machine reads. Export it, hand it to a model or a system, and you can ask the questions a report was never built for: isolating the single fault that cost the most across three lines, correlating a stoppage pattern against a product, or tracking one operator's resolution time over months, without the data-engineering cleanup that usually comes first.

2 · What's in the payload

Alongside the numbers sits a short piece of embedded guidance, what each field means and how they relate, so a model doesn't have to guess at the shape of your data. And every figure traces back to the machine pulse it was measured on, so an answer built on the payload is built on measured events, not an estimate.

3 · How to get it

Two ways, depending on whether you want it once or on tap:

• Download it from a report. Open the export on any report and choose the AI-ready file. You get that report's JSON payload for the exact point and period on screen, the same data the report is drawn from.
• Pull it live through the API. For a standing feed into your own systems, the API returns the same structured data on demand, with no manual export. More on the API →

Either way there's nothing to prepare on your side: the payload carries its own explainer, so it's ready to hand straight to a model, a BI tool or an ERP.

4 · What you can do with it

Three levels, from something any user can do today to integrations built on top:

• Ask a question today. Download a report's JSON, give it to a secure model, and ask something specific, "which reason code drove the most unplanned downtime on the bagging line last month, and which shift owns it?" You get a literal answer off your own data.
• Automate a report. A scheduled agent takes the payload at set intervals and drafts what an analyst used to write by hand: a Monday summary of the week's biggest losses before stand-up, or a monthly OEE-improvement worklist ranked by recoverable time.
