Exports and API
Getting measurements out of the platform, by download or by API. A token inherits the requesting user's point-level access, so that has to be right first.

API behaviour, time zones, rate limits and differences from the portal
The API returns coordinated universal time; the portal shows local time.
Bulk and historical exports, including deactivated sites
Large historical pulls come from Data Download, or email support with the points, sites, format, interval and period.

Use Data Download, and decide four things first: which points, which sites, which file format, and what interval.
