Access on landlord and tenant sites
On a landlord or estate account the account holder decides who gets a login.
Access suspended on your account
Platform access is suspended when an Augos invoice passes due.
Removing users and keeping your access list clean
Email support@augos.io with the names or addresses to remove.
Logging in for the first time, and resetting your password
Your account is created without a password.
Getting a colleague access to your site
Email support@augos.io with the person's name, email address and the sites or points they need.
I can log in but I cannot see my site, or an option is missing
An empty landing page, a missing site, or a menu option a colleague has and you do not, is almost always access scope rather than a fault.
