There is no cost showing on the platform
Consumption is measured by the meter. Cost is calculated from a tariff. If consumption is there and cost is not, the tariff is the problem: either it has not been loaded, it has expired, or the municipality has not published the new rates yet.
Check in this order
1. Is consumption data present? If yes, this is a tariff question and nothing is wrong with your metering. If no, see "No data found".
2. Is it July? Municipal tariffs change on 1 July and there is a loading period afterwards. See The annual tariff changes.
3. Has the tariff on the point expired? Tariffs on the platform cannot have an open-ended expiry date. When one lapses, cost figures disappear across the whole site at once, with years of consumption history still perfectly intact. This is a silent failure and it is worth asking about directly.
4. Has a tariff ever been loaded for this site? New sites sometimes appear with consumption flowing and no tariff attached, so no costing is produced. Common during onboarding and after a site is restructured.
5. Is the report just behind? Cost Breakdown can lag the raw data. Hard refresh first, then see A report is behind the raw data.
What to do
- Email
support@augos.iowith the site name and the period. - Attach the most recent utility account for the property. This is what Augos needs to verify or load the right tariff, and sending it up front removes a round trip. One account per property, not one per parent company.
- Ask for a bill verification to be run once the tariff is loaded. That proves the tariff is right rather than merely present.
What Augos will do
Support checks what is loaded against the point, loads or extends the tariff, recalculates, and normally runs a bill verification straight afterwards to confirm the scheme reproduces your actual account. Where the blocker is a municipality that has not published, they will tell you so and confirm when the rates land.
Good to know
- Tariff schemes are loaded per site, not per company. A group with eight sites has eight tariffs to keep current.
- New charge components introduced by a utility have to be added to your site's scheme before they appear in your cost figures. If a line on your bill has no counterpart in Augos, say so.
- Where a metro has not published, expect to wait. Augos enquires but cannot invent rates.
Still stuck
Email support@augos.io with the site name, the period with no cost, and the most
recent utility account as an attachment.
