Pulling your Cost Allocation yourself

You do not need to email Augos for this every month. Log in, open Cost Allocation, change the month, and download the portable document format file from the three-dot menu. The platform is available around the clock, including when the Augos office is closed.

The steps

  1. Log in at https://live.augos.io/.
  2. In the left-hand menu, go to Cost Allocation.
  3. Click the dates in the right-hand corner to change to the month you want to view.
  4. Open the three-dot menu and select download PDF.

Good to know

  • The platform runs around the clock. Public holidays and office closures do not stop you pulling reports. If you have a month-end deadline that falls on a closure, you are not dependent on anyone being at a desk.
  • Recalculate lives in the same three-dot menu. If the report shows "No Data" or is missing sub-sites, use it before reporting a problem. See Cost Allocation is showing no data.
  • The edit cost allocation control is a request to Augos, not a browse-safe button. Clicking it raises a notification and someone will follow up.
  • Cost Allocation is an optional feature that needs setting up per account. If it is not in your menu, ask support@augos.io whether it is enabled for your site.

If the download fails

The self-service download has failed for individual months before and had to be sent manually while it was fixed. If it does, email support@augos.io with the site and the month rather than waiting.

Still stuck

Email support@augos.io with the site name and the month.
